"I chose 5 stars because that is the highest available; I would give them 100 stars.  Will, the arborist, needs to start a tree blog; he was so knowledgeable and helpful with all of my trees, not just the immediate need I was having addressed. Oscar's crew were so kind  and very respectful of my property. You could tell they worked in harmony with each other with Oscar leading his team. They cleaned up my yard nicely and since their big equipment wouldn't get past my roof, they ended up doing everything by hand!!!! I stood in awe as I watched how high up in the tree canopy they get and co-ordinate the lines to bring the large branches down. There were more man hours spent, and Will insisted it would still be the quoted price. My great white oak that needed to be taken down sat less than 5 feet from my large Hosta garden, Will said I didn't need to dig them up and to not worry. Well, he was right, not a single Hosta leaf was damaged. They took care of the prior tree service problem left and not addressed with my red oak tree (that was a nightmare) and Oscar's crew just came in as true professionals, the kind we all hope we get to hire and took care of the problem. Grinding the two stumps just took a few minutes, and moving the pile of mulch was a breeze for Oscar to move just right as I requested.   My large willow oak needs to be addressed next and Bill's Tree Service will be the only service I ever call for my trees.

" Thank you very much for the excellent work done at my house on Tuesday. Your crew did an excellent job of completely removing a diseased double Oak and of trimming branches from two other trees.  They did no damage to a fence and to shrubs that were in close proximity.  They even moved and then replanted a shrub that was in the way.  They did a very thorough job of cleaning up afterward.  And all members of the crew were friendly and polite. I could have said such things about the members of your crew who did work at my house a few years ago, and that makes me wonder how you find and train such people. His crew was punctual, professional, and courteous. Their equipment is the best in the business which greatly reduces the amount of time for the job. The 6 men on the job worked HARD all day in our yard. They even cleaned the latest pollen deposits from our patio when they were finished just as a courtesy. Could not be more pleased!" - CM
